Failed or Late Payments

If, on any given week, your payment was unsuccessful and you were certain that:

  • You withdrew before the 17:00 UTC cutoff time
  • Your PayPal address is correct and contains no typos
  • You still had not received a payment after 24 hours of the UTC cutoff

Then please send in a Help Desk ticket explaining your issue, and select Payment Issues as the reason. In your ticket, please include the payment ID and the date and time that you requested your pay (i.e., withdrew your funds). Please allow at least three business days for your ticket to be processed.
