How do I know when work comes in?

Wish your audio would play automatically when you get a job? Per our Tech guru: "Autoplay on a Desktop is restricted by Chrome Security Policy. When the page is opened, click on any place of the page and then Autoplay will work."

If you want to be notified when you get a file, you can enable browser notifications to alert you that you have a job if you, for example, have your browser open to another page. This notification will alert you that you have a job is available, and you will have 15 minutes to pick up the job.

To enable the notifications, on the AWICA (All work is currently assigned) screen, toggle Notify Me:

All work is currently assigned 'Notify me' option

A browser popup will appear where you can select your desired notification options:

If you don't receive any notifications, you may have a computer setting overriding the browser. Go to your System Settings and make sure you have browser notifications enabled:

Windows notification settings Mac notification settings

If you get a message saying, "Notifications are blocked in your browser. Please enable Notifications and try again," click the lock icon in the URL bar and toggle the Notifications option:

If you're working in an Incognito tab, make sure you have notifications enabled there as well.
