A job I submitted weeks/months ago is still pending. What happened?

Though we understand it can be frustrating (and confusing), it's normal for files to occasionally take weeks (rarely months) to process.

The time taken for a QA to pick up a file depends on various factors such as the length of the file, difficulty of audio, number of speakers, thickness of accents, topic (for example, research-intensive, emotional, or offensive topics may take longer to be picked up). Files may also be placed On Hold for a variety of reasons.

There is no need to alert anyone, as our admin team does track overdue files. DO rest assured that your Pending pay total will eventually move to your Available total as the file is processed. Provided your work is not rejected by a QA, you will always be paid for any file you complete, even if the client cancels the file.
