A hematologist pedaled along on his bicycle to a well-known jewelry shop - it was rumored to be the best in the country - his chiseled muscles straining as he labored up a grueling hill, disheveled hair flapping in the breeze. He somewhat rivaled Fabio in appearance and had even done some modeling before practicing hematology. He was briefly mesmerized by a couple quarreling across the street, who were disturbing the tranquility of the peaceful road with their violent behavior, cudgeling each other in the cruelest way. The hematologist dialed the police and signaled to a traffic officer, then continued on his way to fulfill his mission.
He entered upon the jeweler in his shop, who swiveled in his chair, skillfully unraveling a 10-meter ribbon. The hematologist recognized the jeweler as a next-door neighbor he had had some years ago, a former orthopedic surgeon who had some practice in snorkeling as well. He then explained that he had traveled many kilometers to reach this shop, in search of a piece of jewelry unequaled in beauty and elegance, something that would behoove his beloved fiancée.
The jeweler, who specialized in rare jewels and artifacts, disappeared up a spiraling staircase, plowing through stacks of disorganized gray boxes to reach the third story, where he shoveled a handful of bright, colorful necklaces into a bag. He then returned and displayed them before the traveler. The enamored hematologist meticulously scrutinized the jewelry until he discovered, in the exact center of the selection, the most dazzling and marvelous of them all. Upon realizing that the bejeweled necklace would certainly enthrall his betrothed, he wrote a handsome check to the jeweler - it was no meager sum - and thanked him.
Having succeeded in the fulfillment of his endeavor, the traveling hematologist hopped back on his bike for his return journey, maneuvering around the still-dueling couple as the authorities attempted to harmonize between them. He pedaled along with vigor, yodeling in triumph all the way home.
