What does "Waiting for Work" mean?

Our new Transcription interface will show a spinning message with the message "Waiting for work" if you sign in and there is no work available. Our tech team listened to our crowd requests to clarify this, however, so now when you sign in and there is no work, you will see the spinning circle accompanied with a message at the bottom that says " All work is currently assigned."

Unlike our old interface, there is no need to refresh this page periodically - the hub does it for you! You'll continue to see the wheel spin, and the "All work is currently assigned" message pops up periodically until a job becomes available, at which point it will load in your queue! I (Kim B) personally tested this by adding and removing my transcriber teams and can confirm that as soon as a job becomes available, it loads automatically.
