2Step QA Exam Prerequisites

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 2Step QA! Please note the following prerequisites to accessing our 2Step QA Exam (these do not have to be completed in any particular order):

• You must have passed the English Entrance Exam located on your Exams tab (at the top of the page)*
• Pass the First Draft Exam
• Complete at least 30 jobs of 90+ seconds in length on the jobs tab (not counting rejected jobs)**
• Upload a copy of your photo ID to your My Account tab on the WorkHub
• Go to the Check Exam Info page and tick the box confirming you have read the required documents

Once that's done, you should have access to the English 2Step QA Exam.

* If you have been here a few years, you may have taken an older entrance exam and will therefore need to take the EEE to unlock the 2Step QA Exam

** We control which jobs count to unlock the exam. So, again, if you have been with us a few years and the bulk of your completed jobs were from years ago, you may have to transcribe a few more jobs to unlock the exam, as your older jobs may not count towards the 30-job count.
