My QA Drop Rate went up - why?

The Drop Rate that you see on your Work History page is glitchy - ignore it. The report our admins see is correct, so unless you receive a Drop Rate Notification from our team, you're doing fine and don't worry about the Drop Rate on your WorkHub page.

The only files that factor into your drop ratio are those that you committed to but did NOT submit (for any reason). No other files count as "dropped". As stated in the Sessions Handbook, these files do NOT count as a dropped session:

  • A lost file that you later submitted
  • A session you did not Commit to

Also note that the ratio is calculated on a rolling 30-day basis. So if you submitted a lot of files a month ago, as these files drop out of your 30-day range, your drop rate will appear to increase even though you have not dropped any files recently.

The drop calculation is dropped/(dropped+completed)*100.
